Our client is looking for a Senior Real Estate Development Financial Analyst to evaluate redevelopment opportunities across the Greater Toronto Area .
This is an excellent chance for someone who enjoys real estate, financial modeling, development strategy and uncovering value in properties.
You’ll be responsible for
- Building detailed real estate development pro formas
- Modeling redevelopment scenarios based on density & massing studies
- Assessing existing property values and future development potential
- Analyzing mid-rise/high-rise residential & commercial opportunities
- Providing financial insights to support investment and development decisions
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in real estate development, investment, private equity, asset management, valuation, lending or related fields
- Strong Excel & financial modeling expertise
- Proven real estate pro forma / underwriting experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate complex findings clearly
- GTA development experience is highly valued
