We are looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience while helping keep our office running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is professional, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome customers, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries
- Perform general office and clerical duties, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation
- Communicate with vendors, send PO’s, and verify order acknowledgments are accurate
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as required
- Keep the reception area organized, clean,



and qualified
- Provide general administrative support to the office team as needed

Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a reception, office setting is an asset
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional and friendly phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Accurate and efficient typing skills
- Experience with filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Experience:
- Reception: 1 year (preferred)
