We are an insurance office with an awesome team, and we’re looking for a receptionist who loves working with people and takes pride in making sure clients feel welcome and well looked after.

The Details:

Position: Full time Receptionist

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Pay: Salary $40,000 to $45,000, based on experience

Benefits: Yes

Location: Bracebridge

No weekends!

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Greeting clients and making them feel welcome
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling appointments and helping keep the office organized
- Responding to general client inquiries
- Assisting with paperwork, scanning, filing and data entry
- Supporting our team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Helping keep everything running smoothly when the office gets busy

- Has a good sense of humour because we work hard, but we also like to have fun
