Kennedy & Oaks Brow Café | Signal Hill, Calgary, AB
Kennedy & Oaks Brow Café is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused receptionist to join our team! We are a beauty and coffee destination specializing in brows, lashes, waxing, permanent makeup, and specialty Vietnamese coffee. We’re looking for someone who loves working with people and can help create a welcoming, elevated experience for every guest.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet clients and provide a warm, qualified first impression.
- Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and social media messages.
- Check clients in and out and process payments through our POS system.
- Assist clients with service inquiries, pricing, and promotions.
- Take coffee orders, prepare or serve drinks, and assist with café operations as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and café area.
- Support daily studio operations and communicate with the beauty team.
- Promote beauty services, retail products, and café offerings.
- Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or hospitality experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable personality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers, booking software, and POS systems.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and with a team.
- Interest in beauty, skincare, and specialty coffee is an asset.
