ABOUT THE ROLE

Our receptionists are the first people members and guests meet when they arrive, and they set the tone for every visit. As a receptionist, you’ll pick up shifts as needed to keep the front desk running smoothly: welcoming everyone with a smile, answering questions, and handling the day-to-day admin that keeps the club moving.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Welcome members and guests

- Greet every member and guest warmly as they arrive
- Know the club, answer any questions clearly and politely
- Track guest entry and exit
- Keep the reception area professional

Bookings and member requests

• Manage dining reservations, special event registrations, and sport bookings

- Answer phone and in-person questions, and follow through on requests
- File member records





Front desk admin

- Receive cash and cheque payments
- Compile and balance daily deposits
- Complete opening and closing procedures at Reception
- Other duties as assigned by your manager

WHAT YOU BRING

- A friendly, professional manner in person and on the phone
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Reliable, with versatile availability for days, evenings and weekends

Nice to have

- Reception or front desk experience
- Customer service or hospitality experience
