We're Hiring: Full-Time Receptionist (Ongoing Position)

Preference given to applicants open to a longer-term commitment (ideally one year or more)

ReYu Paralysis Recovery Centre is looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our vibrant, mission-driven team. This is a highly interactive, forward-facing role in an open-concept space, best suited for someone who is naturally outgoing, confident, and energized by connecting with people.

As the main point of contact for clients and families, you’ll play a key role in shaping their experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Your presence will help create a warm, welcoming environment that reflects ReYu’s mission to empower recovery and redefine possibilities for individuals.

Responsibilities

· Answering Phone Calls

· Payment Processing

· Scheduling

· Basic email reply/ forwarding

· Cleaning

· Laundry

· Client interaction

. Updating monthly spreadsheets

. Other Ad-hoc duties that may be required

Qualifications

· High proficiency in English

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Professional and polished demeanor

· Motivated, energetic and able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
