As a Recreation Therapy Associate, you will work with both individuals and groups across various settings, ensuring adherence to practice standards while supporting the overall care plan. This role demands effective communication, adaptability, and the ability to motivate clients. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and implementing recreation programs
- Provide support in both inpatient and outpatient settings




- Work in collaboration with health care professionals
- Apply therapeutic recreation techniques for holistic client care
- Document and understand relevant medical terminology Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma in Therapeutic Recreation
- Class 4 license and BLS - C certification
- Experience with physical/cognitive disabilities
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
