The role involves employment, recruiting and staffing duties, including searching, interviewing, offering and placing quality candidates. The recruiter will coordinate the hiring process, university visits, maintain candidate data, ensure compliance with privacy guidelines, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced workplace.
