About the Role:
Join GAO Tek Inc. as an People Operations Intern and get real, hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations at a global tech company. You’ll work alongside international teams, build practical HR skills, and help support our worldwide growth by strengthening talent pipelines, all in a professional, fully remote setting.
What You’ll Do
- Support recruitment, screening, and onboarding for new hires
- Maintain HR records, employee files, and internal documentation
- Help run employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Who We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field,
with robust communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach
- Eager to learn and able to work independently in a remote environment
