Magellan Aerospace is seeking a HR Generalist to support recruitment and other human resources functions. You will manage the full recruitment cycle—from postings and shortlisting to interviewing, reference checks, offers, onboarding, and recent hire documentation.

Further duties include active sourcing with hiring managers, career fairs, HRIS data entry, and ad hoc reporting. Requires a post-secondary HR degree and 3 years' HR/recruitment experience; SAP SuccessFactors is an asset.
