We are looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team and help us find the best talent in the industry. This individual will be responsible for managing, organizing, and executing various recruitment tasks with a focus on high-volume recruitment . The candidate will gain valuable HR and recruitment experience across a variety of functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, job fairs, employment centers, and employee referrals.
- Conduct thorough virtual candidate screenings and interviews in a high-volume environment.
- Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and culture fit.
- Present well-qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with the field team to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate and organized records using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Create ongoing recruitment and sourcing strategies and tools to increase applicants and drive awareness in the market.





Pay Range $23–$25/hour

Requirements

Keys to Success:

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
- Experience with sales recruitment is an asset.
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes, laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
