NJM Insurance Group is seeking an analytical and inquisitive intern for our Quality Engineering Team. The QA Automation Intern will delve into projects focusing on manual and automated testing, enhancing your understanding of the software development lifecycle. You’ll receive comprehensive training, participate in teamwork, and complete job shadowing to build your skills without needing prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Learn and assist with Quality Engineering processes
• Design improvements for test automation frameworks in Java
• Troubleshoot automation framework issues with SDETs and Testers
• Create and execute manual and automated test scripts
• Validate documents against specified requirements

Requirements:
• Minimum 3.0 GPA (3.5 preferred)
• Sophomore or junior in Computer Science or IT
• Knowledge of Java, C#, .NET, or JavaScript
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Must commute to West Trenton, Recent Jersey
