ONE Insurance in Manitoba seeks a Regional Lead for Region 5 (Niverville, St. Agathe, St. Norbert) to manage daily branch operations, staff scheduling, and service standards. You will work with People & Culture on recruitment and support performance management. The role requires coaching and training to deliver excellent customer service, learn Autopac and Personal Lines, and pursue CAIB 2. Robust communication and relationship-building with customers and staff are essential.
