Groove Dental is looking for a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are a privately owned, non-corporate dental office that prioritizes exceptional patient care, strong communication, and a supportive, respectful workplace.

Position Details

Schedule:

- Monday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Assisting chairside during dental procedures
- Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and instruments
- Sterilization and infection prevention protocols
- Taking radiographs and digital scans/impressions as required
- Supporting efficient clinical flow and patient care
- Assisting with treatment presentation and patient education
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and charting
- Helping create a calm, welcoming, and professional patient experience
- Contributing positively to overall office culture and teamwork





Qualifications
- Recent graduates welcome to apply, mentorship available
- Registered Dental Assistant certification in Alberta required
- Current CPR certification required
- Experience with ClearDent software considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented practice
