Apollo Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation is seeking a passionate, client-focused Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing rehabilitation team in Kitchener, Ontario. We are committed to helping our clients improve mobility, manage pain, recover from injuries, and enhance their overall well-being.

The successful candidate will provide personalized massage therapy treatments based on individual client needs, develop appropriate treatment plans, and work collaboratively with our physiotherapy services to support clients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RMT looking to build their practice in a professional, supportive, and patient-centred clinical environment.

Responsibilities & Duties

- Provide professional massage therapy treatments tailored to each client's needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic massage techniques, as appropriate.
- Conduct thorough client assessments, including health history, current concerns, and treatment goals, to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and recommendations.
- Educate clients on self-care strategies, home care recommendations, and post-treatment practices to support recovery and overall well-being.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding treatment approaches, expected benefits, and necessary precautions.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals, when appropriate and with client consent, to support coordinated patient care.
- Maintain a clean, safe,



and welcoming treatment environment in accordance with applicable health, infection prevention, privacy, and professional standards.

Qualifications

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Graduate of a recognized massage therapy program.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to client care, ethical practice, and ongoing professional development.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative rehabilitation environment.
- Qualified liability insurance as required.
