All In Physiotherapy, Sport & Wellness is expanding our team and looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to practise at our multidisciplinary clinic in Coquitlam, BC.

Our clinic is set up to support RMTs in building and maintaining their practice without having to manage the administrative side on their own. From appointment scheduling and patient communication to direct billing and clinic marketing, our team takes care of the day-to-day support so you can concentrate on treating patients.

You'll also be part of a growing healthcare team with opportunities for internal referrals and collaboration across several disciplines.

We welcome applications from both established RMTs and new graduates who are looking for a clinic where they can develop a long-term caseload.

About Your Practice As an RMT with our clinic, you'll have the independence to manage your patients and determine the appropriate treatment approach within your professional scope.

Depending on your practice style and your patients' needs, your responsibilities may include:

- Completing patient assessments and identifying treatment priorities
- Developing individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
- Providing therapeutic massage therapy for a variety of musculoskeletal presentations
- Monitoring patient response and modifying treatment plans as needed
- Providing appropriate home-care, mobility, and recovery recommendations
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records
- Communicating with other healthcare providers when appropriate
- Participating in multidisciplinary care and internal referrals
- Building positive and professional relationships with patients
- Maintaining applicable clinical and professional standards

Qualifications

- Be registered and in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia (CCHPBC)
- Maintain current professional liability insurance
- Have professional and effective communication skills
- Be interested in practising within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment
