We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our vibrant wellness team at our upcoming new location on Guelph Line in Burlington, at One Health Wellness and I.V. Lounge and at our current location, OrthoMax Hamilton.

As an RMT, you will provide professional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, pain relief, recovery, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals through personalized treatment plans and exceptional customer care.

Duties
- Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and other appropriate modalities
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand health history, concerns, and treatment objectives
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs
- Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records in accordance with professional, licensing, and clinic standards
- Educate clients on self-care techniques, exercises,



and post-treatment recommendations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment workplace by following hygiene and safety protocols
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding treatment plans, progress, and recommended follow-up care
- Collaborate with other healthcare and wellness professionals when appropriate to support holistic client care

Skills & Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing as a Massage Therapist in Ontario
- Strong knowledge of massage therapy techniques and relevant medical terminology
- Excellent customer service skills and a patient-centered approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt treatments based on individual client requirements and feedback
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping clients achieve their goals
