Over the past year, established NAKAI RMTs generated approximately $151,000–$189,000 in annual service revenue.

Based on their applicable commission levels, this translated into:

- $86,000–$116,000 in annual payroll earnings, including vacation and statutory holiday pay.
- An additional $13,000–$16,000 annually in tips in those same full-year examples.
- Approximately $99,000–$132,000 in combined annual earnings.

These figures reflect actual historical results from established RMTs at NAKAI, not guaranteed earnings or a guaranteed starting salary. Individual earnings depend on scheduled hours, guest bookings, service production, commission level and tips. New team members may need time to build their books. Our RMT compensation follows a structured Growth Plan, with commission levels ranging from 44% to 57% based on level and performance.

Your Role

As a Registered Massage Therapist at NAKAI, you will:
- Provide personalized, professional massage therapy treatments tailored to each guest's needs.
- Conduct appropriate assessments, review relevant health histories and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, confidential treatment records.
- Educate guests on treatment recommendations and ongoing wellness.
- Maintain professional, ethical and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with Guest Care and your fellow team members to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Participate in professional development and embrace opportunities for growth.

What We're Looking For
- Registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of New Brunswick (CMTNB), or eligibility to obtain registration.
- A genuine passion for massage therapy and guest care.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to skilled excellence.
- A growth mindset and willingness to participate in ongoing development.
