Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s specific needs and health conditions
- Conduct thorough assessments and communicate treatment plans clearly to clients
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or referrals if necessary
- Stay current with industry best practices, current techniques,



and relevant medical terminology to enhance service quality
- Foster positive relationships through excellent customer service, active listening, and professional communication skills

Qualifications

- Valid registration and licensure as a Massage Therapist in accordance with local regulatory bodies
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and human anatomy
- Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service in a wellness or healthcare setting
- Excellent communication skills to effectively explain treatments and address client concerns
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to industry standards
