Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), GreenLeaf Acupuncture & Wellness, Downtown Vancouver

Compensation: Competitive percentage split (negotiable based on experience) | Full-time or Part-time

GreenLeaf Acupuncture & Wellness is expanding into massage therapy, and we're looking for our first Registered Massage Therapist to join a well-established, multidisciplinary clinic in downtown Vancouver. Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced RMT, you'll be joining a clinic with a real patient base already in place, not starting from zero.

- We actively advertise on your behalf. GreenLeaf runs ongoing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns to bring new patients to the clinic. Massage therapy is part of that push, not an afterthought.
- Get your own practitioner page on our website. Every RMT gets a personal profile page on greenleafclinic.ca with your bio, specialties and booking link,



so you can build your own following.
- Robust fertility and prenatal demand from day one. GreenLeaf already has a large fertility and prenatal acupuncture patient base, which is a real chance to build a specialty with loyal, long-term clients.
- Fully equipped, private treatment room. You get your own dedicated room with an electric treatment table and a heating pad.
- Linens, laundry and supplies are covered. We handle laundry both in-house and through an outside service, and we provide all treatment supplies (oils, lotions, towels).
- ICBC setup is already in place. ICBC pre-approves 12 RMT sessions per claim, and we have years of ICBC direct billing and claims experience from our acupuncture work.
- Modern systems, real support. JaneApp online booking and charting, direct billing, a front desk and admin support are already running, so you can focus on patients.
- Prime downtown Vancouver location, steps from Waterfront and Granville stations.

What we're looking for:

- Active CCHPBC licence as a Registered Massage Therapist, or confirmed eligibility to be licensed before you start
- Valid professional liability insurance
- New graduates welcome to apply
- Training in intraoral TMJ techniques, prenatal massage or lymphatic drainage is a strong asset
- Interest in working closely with acupuncturists on shared patient care
