Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Provide hands-on, patient-centered massage therapy with measurable goals and progress tracking
- Collaborate with physiotherapists on care plans and seamless patient hand-offs
- Maintain timely and accurate charting in Jane
- Communicate clearly with patients and team members
- (Optional) Lead workshops or group sessions aligned with your interests

What We’re Looking For

- CMTO registration and professional liability insurance (required)
- 2+ years of massage therapy experience preferred — enthusiastic new grads welcome
- Warm personality, positive energy, excellent communication skills, and strong work ethic

Location Wellmax Physiotherapy – Oakville, ON

Compensation

Competitive split with strong earning potential (approx. $70,000–$125,000+ annually, depending on schedule and caseload).
