Your nursing interventions will focus on ensuring participants receive the necessary support to reintegrate into the community effectively. Deliver assertive outreach nursing services to clients in need Participate in developing individualized care plans Conduct health assessments and client education Bachelor's degree in Nursing Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta At least two years of nursing experience Valid Class 5 driver's license and vehicle access Skills in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care Drive positive outcomes for participants while advancing your nursing career with The Alex's outreach team.
