We are currently seeking compassionate, skilled, and highly qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) in the Ottawa area to join our team for complex in-home nursing care, health assessment, post-surgical support, and case management.

Position Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe, comprehensive, and evidence-based nursing care in clients' homes in accordance with CNO standards of practice. As an RN, you will conduct thorough clinical assessments, develop care plans, administer advanced treatments, and provide clinical leadership to support client independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive in-home nursing assessments and clinical evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized, evidence-based care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and advanced nursing interventions within full RN scope of practice.
- Monitor complex medical conditions and respond effectively to subtle changes in health status.
- Document client assessments, care delivered, and progress accurately and in a timely manner.
- Educate clients, family members, and caregivers on health maintenance, disease management, and preventative care.




- Provide clinical leadership and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Adhere to CNO standards, infection control, and organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Active General Class registration in valuable standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current CPR / BLS certification.
- Valid Personal Liability Insurance (RNAO or equivalent).
- Advanced clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in home care, community health, acute care, or long-term care is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle.
