Pro Life Wellness Retreat is looking for a motivated and experienced Registered Physiotherapist to join our busy and growing multidisciplinary clinic.
This is an excellent opportunity for a physiotherapist who wants to step into an established caseload immediately while also having the opportunity to grow and build their own client base.
The Opportunity
You will be taking over an existing physiotherapist’s clients, giving you the chance to start with an established caseload rather than building from zero.
Our clinic continues to generate new patients, and you will also have the opportunity to build and grow your own practice within Pro Life Wellness Retreat.
This position is offered on a competitive split-payment basis, providing strong earning potential as your caseload grows.

Responsibilities The successful candidate will:
- Assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal and other physical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Provide hands-on physiotherapy and exercise-based rehabilitation
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when necessary
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate patients regarding injury prevention, rehabilitation, and home exercise programs
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals within the clinic
- Provide excellent patient care and help develop long-term patient relationships
- Maintain professional standards in accordance with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Strong assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
- Motivated to take over an existing caseload and continue building a successful practice
