Location - Delta, BC (satellite location) with potential shifts at our North and South Burnaby clinics

Schedule - 1-2 shifts per week; flexible days

Compensation - HIGH revenue split, starting at 60%

We are looking for a Registered Physiotherapist who wants to add flexible clinical hours to their week and enjoys helping people recover and return to meaningful activity. Our satellite clinic is located within a warehouse with 500+ staff, bringing care closer to workers who otherwise face barriers to accessing treatment. The caseload is primarily workplace injuries, alongside private-pay clients.

You will provide inidividualized assessment and treatment, guide clients through their recovery, and support safe, practical return to work planning. You will manage your caseload (remote admin help for billing and scheduling) while communicating clearly with clients and, where appropriate and authorized, coordinating with employers and other relevant parties.

Key responsibilities include

- Assessing clients and developing appropriate treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Delivering evidence-informed physiotherapy and adapting care to each client’s needs and work demands.
- Supporting recovery and return-to-work goals, including recommendations for suitable duties or activity progression.
- Maintaining timely, thorough clinical documentation and completing required reports.
- Managing appointments,



follow-ups, and caseload needs reliably.
- Communicating professionally with clients, colleagues, and relevant workplace contacts, while respecting privacy and consent.
- Contributing to a positive, accessible care experience at the satellite location.

What we are looking for
- Current registration in good standing as a physiotherapist in British Columbia.
- Strong clinical judgment and a thoughtful, client-centred approach.
- Confidence managing a caseload and completing explicit, timely documentation and reports.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with people navigating workplace injuries.
- Reliability, initiative, and an interest in helping build an accessible satellite service.
- An interest in return-to-work rehabilitation and collaborative care.
