As a Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will support the delivery of the Asset Management Framework for open pit mining. Your role will involve overseeing reliability projects, leading a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Robust leadership and problem-solving skills are vital for collaborating effectively across departments to enhance asset performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute the reliability program with failure mode identification • Lead continuous improvement and ROI tracking initiatives • Coach Engineers and Engineers-in-Training for growth • Develop Condition-Based Maintenance applications and interventions • Manage compliance for maintenance practices and inspections
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; P.Eng required • 7+ years in mining or heavy industry experience • Proven knowledge of mobile equipment systems • Familiarity with CMMS and Microsoft Office • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
