What You’ll Do:

- Empower Clients: Provide exceptional therapy services to individuals, couples, and/or families, helping them navigate life’s challenges and achieve their personal goals.
- Innovate & Collaborate: Work with a dynamic team of therapists, sharing insights and strategies to continually enhance our services and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

- Licensed Therapist: Hold a valid license in psychotherapy or psychology. We are (no qualifying or interns).
- Experience & Expertise: Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.
- Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centred care.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
- Technology Knowledge: Familiar with Jane, Google Drive & Sheets, and Gmail.
- In-Person Availability: Is available to offer in-person sessions at our Burlington Office, in addition to virtual support, for a total of 15 hours per week.
