Who We’re Looking For

We welcome clinicians who bring both skill and heart to their work.

Ideal candidates have:





- Registration in good standing as an RP or RSW (MSW required)
- Certifications in multiple modalities
- Have experience with either play therapy, couples therapy or trauma therapy (asset)
- Experience providing evidence-based psychotherapy
- A strong foundation in trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and anti-oppressive care
- A warm, client-centred, strength-based approach
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to team culture
- Comfort using teletherapy platforms, Google Suite, and digital documentation systems
- Strong organizational skills and ethical clinical documentation practices
