Duties

- Provide expert guidance on Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedures to clients seeking visas, work permits, permanent residence, or other immigration services
- Prepare and submit detailed applications on behalf of clients, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards and deadlines
- Conduct thorough assessments of client eligibility for various immigration programs and recommend suitable pathways
- Stay current with changes in immigration legislation and policy updates to ensure compliance and optimal client outcomes
- Communicate effectively with government agencies and stakeholders to facilitate application processing and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, application statuses, and compliance documentation




- Educate clients on their rights, responsibilities, and the immigration process to foster informed decision-making

Experience

- Valid registration as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) or equivalent licensing body
- Proven experience in Canadian immigration consulting or legal advising related to immigration matters
- Strong knowledge of federal and provincial immigration programs, including Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), family sponsorships, work permits, and study permits
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and professionally
- Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently
- Ability to stay updated on evolving immigration policies and adapt strategies accordingly
