Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks accounting software
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis to verify data integrity
Handle payroll processing with attention to detail and compliance with applicable laws
Conduct regular account reconciliations and prepare financial reports for management review
Assist with budgeting activities by tracking expenses and forecasting future costs
Support month-end closing procedures and prepare documentation for audits as needed
Qualifications
Proven experience with accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Solid knowledge of bookkeeping principles, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll management
Ability to perform bank reconciliation, account analysis, and account reconciliation efficiently
Familiarity with HVAC industry operations is a plus but not required
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and departments
