ForgeFit is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to be the voice of the brand, handling inquiries from order to installation and beyond. You will resolve issues, provide product details, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

You’ll respond via phone, email, and chat, maintain CRM records, and stay up-to-date on ForgeFit’s products and policies. This fully remote role offers ongoing training and growth.
