As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for connecting customers with TELUS products and services that best meet their needs, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable TELUS products and services.
Promote and sell TELUS Internet, Mobility, Optik TV, Security, and other solutions.
Generate new sales opportunities through leads, outbound calls, follow-ups, walk-ins, and other sales channels.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow a structured sales process from initial conversation through to closing.
Clearly explain product features, pricing, promotions, and available offers.
Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the company's systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth experience throughout the sales and installation process.




Stay up to date with TELUS products, promotions, pricing, and competitive offerings.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve overall business goals.

Telecommunications experience is an asset, but we provide training for the right candidates.

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
