Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff

Train recent employees and provide ongoing support

Manage schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in janitorial or caretaker services
Solid organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Versatile schedule and availability for part-time hours
