We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Cashier to join our culinary team that can work on our several location including

North East (3103b Edmonton Trl, Calgary, AB T2E 3N7)

downtown (1508 8 Street SW Unit 105, Calgary, AB T2R 1R6)

fresh and local market (12445 Lake Fraser Dr SE Unit D426, Calgary, AB T2J 7A4) .

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in meal preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to perfection while adhering to food safety standards.

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hour
Qualifications
Previous experience as a cook and cashier in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.




Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in meal preparation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
A passion for the culinary arts and a desire to grow within the food industry.
