Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Body Shop Parts Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of parts and materials essential for vehicle repairs and body shop operations. Duties

Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring smooth parts procurement and delivery processes

Answer and Respond to incoming Phone Calls

Check in Guests/ Check out Guests

Open and Close Repair Orders

Verify Accuracy of parts, labour, and materials on Repair Orders

Submit Completion of Repair Notifications to Insurer

Create Estimates (quotes) with guidance

Create Rental Agreements/ Check Ins

Create, submit Invoices for payment

Coordinate with Insurance Adjusters for claim clarification/ processing





Coordinate with 3rd party sublets for appointments

Pick up/Del Vehicles and Parts

Requirements
Prior experience in a dealership or automotive body shop environment is highly preferred
Solid data entry skills with attention to accuracy (organizational skills) and detail (spread sheets)
Ability to work independently
Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle parts, manufacturing processes
Valid Driver License
Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and teamworkJoin us in this fast-paced role. Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
