Responsibilities
Assist residents or clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Support medication administration following proper protocols and under supervision when required
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed, ensuring dietary needs are met
Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a safe, hygienic living environment
Support individuals with disabilities or dementia by implementing personalized care plans




Document care activities accurately and communicate effectively with team members about residents’ needs and progress

Experience
Prior experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly preferred
Experience caring for seniors or individuals with disabilities, including dementia care, is advantageous
Knowledge of medication administration procedures is a plus
Demonstrated caregiving skills with a compassionate and patient approach
Ability to perform cleaning tasks and meal preparation efficiently in a home or facility setting
Familiarity with home care practices and supporting independence at home is beneficial
