Responsibilities
Set up and adjust sewing machines according to product specifications and production requirements
Operate sewing machines to assemble, stitch, and finish fabric components with precision and speed
Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance to ensure smooth operation
Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards
Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols throughout the manufacturing process
Maintain a clean and organized workstation to promote efficiency and safety




Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve workflow processes

Skills
Proven experience in manufacturing settings, especially with sewing or textile production
Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with inventory management and material handling
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects or inconsistencies in products
Ability to operate industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently
Positive communication skills for teamwork and following detailed instructions
Physical stamina for standing, bending, and repetitive motions during shifts
