Auto Shop Supervisor / Manager in Training

Our client is looking for a Shop Supervisor to oversee the daily functions of their automotive service facility. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage a team of technicians, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while maintaining operational standards.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide a team of automotive technicians and support staff.
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
Deliver outstanding customer service and address client needs effectively.
Track sales performance and work toward meeting revenue targets.




Manage inventory levels and coordinate supply orders as required.
Schedule staff, conduct interviews, onboard current hires, and evaluate performance.
Uphold workplace safety protocols and company guidelines.
Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care.
Generate and review performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure vehicles are serviced with accuracy and efficiency.

Experience in a supervisory role.
Experience managing inventory and budgets.
Knowledge of automotive service processes and best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
