As a Program Lead Hand, youll play an integral role in managing the daily operations for ski and snowboard lessons. This role requires hands-on interaction with both instructors and guests, ensuring that service standards and safety protocols are maintained.

Ideal candidates will have a background in ski instruction and robust organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily lessons and instructor schedules
Oversee compliance with safety and quality standards
Provide logistical support to the instructional team




Act as primary contact for guest inquiries
Implement successful service-recovery strategies

Requirements:
Valid Level 2 teaching certification from an approved organization
Several seasons of supervisory experience in a skilled snow sport school
Proven computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
Authorized to work legally in Canada for the winter
Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
