TTEC Digital in Canada is seeking a Director of Qualified Services, Genesys, who will own complex CX projects and lead cross-functional teams of engineers and solution architects. You will manage client conversations, define engagement strategies, and ensure profitable, successful delivery across cloud contact center platforms.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in Contact Center and UC environments, 7+ years of Genesys leadership, and proven ability to present to executive stakeholders.
