CAA Club Group is seeking a remote Customer Service Associate to support Members via calls and texts, delivering timely responses and first-call resolution. The role begins with paid training, then onsite for two days, followed by two weeks of virtual classroom training.

Afternoon and overnight shifts are available, with every-second-weekend requirements and holiday coverage. You will work in a call center workplace handling inquiries, using multiple screens and internal systems to provide
