Key Responsibilities:
Schedule logistics for training sessions, both in-person and virtual
Communicate effectively with participants and trainers




Prepare training guides and other materials for distribution
Maintain records and reporting within the LMS
Assist in program evaluations and feedback summarization

Requirements:
Educational background in Instructional Design or related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Competency with Microsoft Office Suite tools
Comfort with event coordination and facilitation
