Duties
Prepare fresh sandwiches and salads according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation
Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and upsell menu items to enhance their experience
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food prep area, dining space, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
Manage food inventory levels, restock ingredients, and assist in food handling duties to ensure freshness and availability
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly,



and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Experience
Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
Background in culinary arts or kitchen experience enhances your ability to prepare quality food efficiently
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly while maintaining accuracy
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals
Experience working in a retail or grocery store environment is advantageous but not mandatory
