Job Summary

We are looking for a part-time Appointment Setter to contact people who have responded to our online advertising and book them for an appointment with our team. These leads have already shown interest in what we offer, so there is no cold calling. Your job is to reach them quickly, answer their initial questions, and get them on the calendar.

Responsibilities
Call, email, and message current leads promptly after they respond to our ads.
Explain what we offer, answer basic questions, and book appointments.
Follow up with leads who don't answer or aren't ready, until they book or decline.
Confirm upcoming appointments and reschedule when needed.
Keep an accurate record of every contact and follow-up in Excel.
Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made and appointments booked

What we are looking for
At least one year of experience in appointment setting, inside sales, call centre work, or customer service by phone.
Fluent,



clear spoken and written English.
Comfort making a high number of calls per shift and staying positive after hearing “no.”
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Solid organization and reliable follow-through.
Dependable availability for scheduled shifts [including evenings or weekends, if needed].
Legal eligibility to work in [country].

Nice to have
Experience following up with leads from online advertising.
Experience in [your industry].
A history of working with bonus or commission pay.

What we offer
A part time schedule of Tuesdays through Fridays; 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Training on our services and call scripts.

Pay: From $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 per week
