Custom Metal Contracting Ltd is a family owned & operated company with its head office in Calgary Alberta, Established in 1980, we are currently seeking cladding installers to join our Metal division.

We care for our staff, customers and suppliers, and we are passionate about providing high quality service. We have a great team to work with.

Key Responsibilities
Install a variety of exterior architectural cladding systems, including ACM (Aluminum Composite Material), metal siding, composite panels, insulated metal panels, and high-pressure laminates.
Install air and vapor barriers, flashing, trims, and sub-framing components.
Read and interpret architectural drawings, elevations, and detailed specifications.
Operate hand and power tools safely (shears, nibblers, skill saws, jigsaws, brake presses).
Work effectively at heights while strictly adhering to safety protocols and site rules.
Show up on time and ready to work every day. Consistent attendance is critical to our project schedules.

·Qualifications & Requirements




Minimum 3+years of direct experience in commercial metal cladding or architectural sheet metal installation.
Ability to read blueprints and layout lines accurately.
Own basic hand tools and reliable personal transportation (valid driver's license preferred).
Strong commitment to workplace safety, punctuality, and productivity.
