Elevate breakfast service at Dexterra's Remote Camp Facility. As a Breakfast Cook, you will prepare meals for up to 600 clients while adhering to high culinary standards.

This position offers a unique chance based within a top-tier remote camp, featuring a work schedule of 14 days on and 14 days off. You will execute menu designs, ensure food safety, and deliver consistent quality, catering to diverse dietary needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook breakfast for up to 600 clients
Create and follow menus ensuring food quality
Wrap and date baked goods as per production schedule
Maintain safety and sanitation standards in kitchen
Clean and sanitize work areas and kitchen equipment

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ cooking experience in similar environments
Food Protected Level I certification required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Must pass WHMIS test with 80% or higher
Prior supervisory experience is an asset
