Preferred Collision and Auto Refinishing is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Body Shop Manager to join our team.
This is an excellent prospect for someone with strong leadership and organizational skills, who enjoys managing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
As the Body Shop Manager, you’ll manage the profit and loss performance, while working closely with the senior management team to ensure financial goals are met. You’ll also supervise employees, including scheduling and performance management.
Experience in the body shop or automotive technician industry is considered an asset.
Must have experience tracking financial metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervision of body shop employees, including scheduling and managing performance
· Development and implementation of practices and procedures that ensure efficient and high-quality operations
· Management of body shop profit and loss performance
· Monthly reporting to senior management on key financial metrics
· Development and maintenance of supplier, contractor, and subcontractor relationships
· Management of health, safety, and environmental standards
· Other duties as required

· Possess solid analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
