Eganridge Resort, Golf Club & Spa is looking for a Spa Manager.

The ideal candidate will:

-Possess multiple years of experience working in a Spa / Wellness workplace, ideally in both reception and service provider roles.

-Have industry connections to build out the Spa team.

-Have a keen interest in learning the managerial side, and in depth operations of the business.

-Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Spa, including guest experience, HR, and marketing. This is a great opportunity for somebody highly motivated to do more than just answer the phones or perform services.

-Be qualified, reliable and regularly commit to working weekends.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
Manage marketing initiatives to promote spa services and attract new clients.
Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.




Develop and implement human resource policies to foster a positive work environment.
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain spa operations.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $52,500.00-$62,500.00 per year
