Responsibilities: Provide employment support to adults with intellectual disability in a recycling workplace. Aiding clients in sorting, counting and shipping preparation of recyclables. Aiding in loading truck for shipping. Packing and shipping preparation of electronics for delivery. Some general cleaning of warehouse. Willing to work Saturdays.

Work Experience: Experience working with people with intellectual disability. Experience with general computer skills and office duties an asset. Experience with Health and safety regulations an asset. First aid an asset. Forklift safety course an asset. Certificate of conduct and a valid driver's license required.

Education: High school diploma or trade certification.

Skills: Positive communication, guidance and organizational skills, Patience, reliability and consistency required. Ability to multitask. Willing to work in adverse conditions such as cold or heat, some computer skills required.
