This means that you wont be reporting into a large corporate structure - you’ll be working directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have been in your shoes.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans


• Track progress and communicate with families


• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support

What Were Looking For:*

• Active RBT Certification


• Reliable transportationto get to clients homes


• High school diploma or equivalent(college is a plus, but not required!)


• Must be18 or older


• Ability topass a background check


• Must be Available: M,W,F 10:00a-2:00p


• Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Pay Scale: $20-$28
